Please call our office at 281-298-1144 during normal business hours from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. to make an appointment. You can also request an appointment online by completing the information in the Contact Us page. Every effort will be made by the schedulers to accommodate your choices of appointment times.

We require that you bring all results for any labs, and diagnostic tests from your referring providers to expedite the consultation and minimize your out-of-pocket expenses to avoid ordering further testing.

We require a 24 hour notice in the event you need to cancel your appointment. A fee of $50 will be required to reschedule if you do not keep your appointment or fail to cancel before 24 hours of your appointment. Arrival greater than 15 minutes after appointment time will result in a $25 late fee and the option to reschedule or be seen in the next available time slot if one is available. If no time slot available you will need to reschedule.

If you have a medical emergency after hours, please dial 911 and visit the nearest hospital. If it is a medical question or concern that can wait until the morning, please call and leave a message and our office will return your call as soon as possible.
