Very attentive and understanding

We recently saw this Dr. De La Garza for my daughter, and I cannot express how grateful we are for the experience. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel heard and cared for. She never once made us feel rushed. She took the time to carefully listen to our concerns, thoroughly evaluate my daughter, and explain everything to us. Most importantly, she created a clear plan moving forward, which gave us so much peace. After a long journey trying to get answers, we truly feel like she was an answer to our prayers. I highly recommend her to any family looking for a compassionate, attentive, and knowledgeable neurologist. Thank you Dr. De La Garza!!

As a parent, it’s so frustrating to be completely disregarded when it comes to the medical field and your children. My daughter had some issues and the ER completely blew us off. I called Think neurology on a Monday and we were seen the next day. We had testing set up within 2 weeks. Dr. Mandala listened to my concerns and validated what I was saying. It was such a breath of fresh air. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatric neurologist.

Great from start to finish. When walking in the office you are greeted with kind caring and helpful staff. The nurses are fantastic and are willing to answer all of your questions. The doctor was great! He was able to diagnose and send for further testing to rule out any of the other concerns that I had. Did not pressure for any type of medication and was willing to help and work with us to find the answers that we were needing. I would recommend Think to anyone!! :)

Mr. Korah is amazing! He has a wonderful repour with his patients and connects with them immediately. He is very good to listen, give guidance and provide easy to understand answers to parents and kids' questions. We've been seeing him for a couple of years and have always had a very positive experience. His approach is thorough, but not overwhelming. He gives very practical advice offered in a thoughtful way, recommends other professionals that may assist the family and sets achievable expectations to improve with minimal testing, procedures and medication. I appreciated he gave my daughter recommendations to help herself thru healthy lifestyle habits to limit her dependence on medications long term. Highly Recommend Mr. Korah.

Heather King is a really great resource for us! She has a great medical perspective and has been the practitioner who has best been able to synthesize all of the information we get in bits and pieces from PCP, school psych, speech therapist, and other parties involved in my son's care. She is very encouraging and positive, and has a reassuring bedside manner that makes my autistic son very comfortable talking to her. I am so glad that we can check-in with her for virtual visits so that we can receive a high level of ongoing care in spite of living in a rural area!

Very attentive doctor.

We had a referral from our pediatrician concerning our daughters head circumference. When we arrived the receptionist was warm, welcoming and great with our daughter. The back house staff was so good with getting our daughter to cooperate and Dr Mandava was AMAZING!!! He explained everything he was doing to us, he was playful and allowed her to move around without incidents. He played with her. He asked if we had any other concerns regarding her visit or anything else in her development. He showed interest in her and our concerns. I am so happy there are Drs and staff like them. We will DEFINITELY recommend!!

We had a telehealth visit with the Dr. and it was convenient and we didn’t have to wait long for the call from the Dr. she listened to our concerns and was able to provide some guidance to help our son.

We were having so many issues with our son. He is our fifth child, so we are seasoned parents and were truly at our wits end with what to do about certain behaviors. Our doctor recommended that we try THINK Neurology and Dr. Barbara was assigned to us. At our first appointment (which was virtual and so nice since we live out of town) she was so kind, understanding, and put our minds at ease that she could help us. Our son did qualify as ADHD and we started some medication, which has helped tremendously, along with some other suggestions and changes in our we respond to him. We are so thankful for her and for the amazing staff at THINK. Everyone we talk to is so kind. They are very organized and efficient. A true blessing! I have recommended them to several friends who have also received help.

We scheduled an appointment with Dr.DeForest due to our previous specialist closing, it was truly a blessing in disguise. I was so nervous due to the complexity of my child’s medical history but Dr.DeForest was AMAZING! She was very thorough, informative and patient. Her bedside manner is great, she listens to your concerns, provides different treatment options and respects whatever approach you’d decide to take. Additionally it didn’t take long to get an appointment, making it easy to schedule. The office is clean and my son got a super cute goodie bag which he loved. At the end of our visit, I got a folder with our visit note, everything else we discussed during our visit like supplements etc, which is very helpful since sometimes it can be a lot to remember. We even got a school note without having to ask, that is always nice since I tend to forget all the time. We are beyond satisfied with the care our child received. I would recommend Dr.DeForest to everyone!

My son was a patient here for a year. He had a one year follow up with his same practitioner and we waited in the virtual call for over 20 min. No one showed up on the call so I called Think and was told that the practitioner we were scheduled with no longer worked for Think. No one bothered to call me and cancel the appointment. Instead I was sent frequent reminders about the appt. After my and my sons time was wasted no one bothered to apologize. I called to complain and the only thing they said was to tell me they could scheduled my son with another doctor. Uh, no thanks. We will take our care to some place better that actually cares about helping kids rather than just the money and instagram videos.

We are incredibly grateful to Mr. Korah for guiding us through the necessary steps and helping us get the answers we needed for our child. Their warm and welcoming demeanor made the entire process so much easier, and it was heartwarming to see our child walk into the office with such comfort and ease.

I have seen Robby Korah a few times now for my twins. My previous provider rushed through an appointment and I did not even realize one of my twins received an ASD diagnosis that day. Mr Korah is the complete opposite of that. For each appointment, he has gone above and beyond explaining things to me and answering my random questions. What’s better, he looks at the whole child- what is their lifestyle like, what changes can help support the child- before immediately jumping to a medication first policy. Overall, I have been extremely happy with him as a provider. His bedside manner is calm and caring whilst being knowledgeable and informative. I hope he stays at the Katy location because he is a great asset.

Love my sons Doctor. But charging patients $10.00 for a request to fill your medicines in a prompt manner is absurd. Ultimately I paid them because my son needed the medicine, it’s not about the amount, it’s about how ludicrous it is to have to pay for a request.

Our doctor is very knowledgeable, and she’s detailed, however there is always a problem with being rushed, and that’s when important details of care get forgotten or to much information too fast, which I blame on the corporation for booking to many patients, therefore causing the doctor to be in a rush! Unfortunately that’s how care is now, and it doesn’t matter how much our premiums are, because we’re getting subpar care at best. It’s a shame, because it’s all about making a bunch of money! Patients are just a number now.

Dr. Mandava seemed very sincere in wanting to know every detail about my child’s health condition. He seemed very patient with answering any questions and hearing the concerns. The Woodlands location had a more family oriented, warm, and welcoming atmosphere. I felt more at ease after todays visit and my child as well.

The doctor was so welcoming and kind. She definitely made me feel comfortable and allowed me to be very open about my sons hardships. Best doctor I’ve been to yet.

Robby Korah is AMAZING. Such a talented and intelligent practitioner. Excellent bedside manner. Great building of rapport between myself, my partner and my son who was being evaluated by Robby. Robby was so genuine and kind during our visit. He was able to give us a diagnosis and referrals to further care and therapy, and so I can begin the next step in the process of getting my son the help he needs at school without any further delay. Thank you Robby, and the rest of the THiNK team, for your kindness, compassion, and support during this time.

It was our first time coming to the office at Thinkkids, and I have nothing but good things to say. The receptionists was super sweet. The nurses in the back were as sweet also. And then FNP-C Robby Korah saw my 7 year old. He was amazing! Came in and made my son feel comfortable. Robby was very energetic and really took care of us. He answered all my questions without asking me questions, he informed us with all the details we needed to know. I was amazed by everyone's work ethic.

Dr Mayo took his time listening to our child’s needs and medical history. He was very attentive and went thru several options. A plan was devised and we feel very comfortable with it.

Mr. Robby was fantastic! He made the family feel extremely comfortable. He was compassionate, caring, and was very thorough throughout the evaluation process. We knew we were in the right place as we enter this new chapter.

She was amazing and did a very thorough assessment on my son...on time and did not feel rushed.. all labs and tests ordered were all done immediately in such a smooth transition and did not have to make separate appointments on another day..

Dr. Nwosu was great as well as extremely informative. The entire staff, from reception to checkout, was awesome! We drove a couple hours to get to the office, but it was well worth it…thanks for making this a great experience for nervous parents and a pretty awesome little boy

It was great! They make you fill out the forms in advance so you can go for the real appointment time, so ther was no waiting time. I loved the decoration of the place even before entering. Specially the incredible hulk!!!! Dr. Herbert was very good in explaining things and addressing my son, making him understand his responsibilities. Even though is strange to say this in regards to going to the doctor; I really enjoyed this visit!

Robby took his time to understand my concerns and performed a thorough exam on my son. Unlike other providers, Robby explained findings during our appointment and what to expect through the diagnosis work up of my son. I left the clinic feeling like my son was exactly where he needed to be.

Dr. Michelle Nwosu is absolutely amazing and sweet. She took her time and listened attentively to my concerns for my son. I felt satisfied and felt confidant in her guidance for the plan to support my son's needs by the end of our appointment.

Dr. Bobby was great and explained very well. The person who need the EEG could of been more gentle.

Would had love more explanation of why my son got that diagnosed not just the diagnosis itself.

Felt very pleased with the evaluation process and how well the dr answered all of our questions and was sensitive to our concerns and questions. The eeg tech Emily was also very informative and helpful as we were learning how everything worked and what to expect and just how to process all the knew information coming our way.

He was so nervous after seeing his neuro for so long and having a great relationship with him. Y’all made him feel so comfortable and he loved the Spider-Man and swag too. Dr Weaver was fabulous with him.
